3. Scheduling and Payments

3.1 All appointments must be scheduled in advance. The Customer may schedule a service via phone, text, email, or in-person.

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1 You agree to provide accurate information when booking your service, including but not limited to contact details, service needs, and vehicle information.

5.2 You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible and ready for detailing at the time of the appointment.

5.3 You agree to allow the Detailer’s staff to handle your vehicle in a professional manner.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

6.1 Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of [Insert Amount].
