1. Agreement to Terms
1.1 By choosing to contact us, you (the “Customer†or “youâ€) agree to be bound by these Terms, regardless of the method of communication (e.g., phone, text, email, in-person conversation).
1.2 If you do not agree to these Terms, you should refrain from contacting our Detailer.
2. Services Provided
2.1 We offer vehicle detailing services, including exterior cleaning, interior cleaning, waxing, polishing, and other related services.
2.2 The scope of the services may vary based on the service package you select. You may inquire for details prior to service initiation.
3. Scheduling and Payments
3.1 All appointments must be scheduled in advance. The Customer may schedule a service via phone, text, email, or in-person.
3.2 Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Text Messaging & Communication

5. Customer Responsibilities
5.1 You agree to provide accurate information when booking your service, including but not limited to contact details, service needs, and vehicle information.
5.2 You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible and ready for detailing at the time of the appointment.
5.3 You agree to allow the Detailer’s staff to handle your vehicle in a professional manner.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
6.1 Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of [Insert Amount].
6.2 The Detailer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or emergencies.
7. Liability

9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 Any disputes between you and the Detailer regarding these Terms or the services provided shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations.
